About
I am an eco-social artist who focuses on care in an absolute sense, from caring for the environment and its elements to respect for diversity and inclusiveness. From the tip of my brush come to life the Barabubbles, an entire population of dream characters, including Barabà, Oco, Finolu and Boda, each characterized by distinct and sparkling personalities, based on Jung’s psychological styles. The word Barabubbles comes from the conjugation of two words, Bubbles: the transparent bubbles and soap where they live and Barabà, the main character. My art is given by inviting the observer to become the protagonist of colorful worlds that stimulate the search for harmony, joy and respect.
My works with Barabubbles have been exhibited in several personal and collective exhibitions: Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin, Genoa, Israel, Dubai, Hong Kong. My works are the protagonists of books and theater performances for young and old.
My style
A chaotically peaceful explosion of watercolor, transparent bubbles, allegories of our world, the throwing of hearts to connect each other, a dynamic balance between nature and its fantastic creatures.
My pictorial technique does not contemplate the error and each stroke is accepted and reinterpreted to give new form and life.
From error comes innovation and creativity.
All the works have as protagonists the Barabubbles that fill a multiform and circular space, timeless and always in motion.
They all have their own great personality and individuality but all the elements are connected through the throwing of hearts. Barabubbles are nothing more than an ideal form of all of us.
In this universe, each of them emerges in its own prerogatives, but at the same time it is confused with the surrounding environment and interacts with others. Harmony is the master. Nature and individual are one.
Although they have total freedom of movement in the anarchist space where they are immersed, the Barabubbles throw hearts, as in a constant attempt to establish a connection with others and have, in fact, care.
This is how the environment, society and the individual find in their plans a definitive peace. The world described here is an idealized and minimized version of ours.
It’s a world - or maybe we should call it a "bubble" - that we could call full of self.
A not-place out of time, where flowers have eyes and animals of the savannah communicate with men: everything is a reflection of the individual.
Any self-respecting utopia is a dimension in which conflict - that is, dilemmas - does not disappear altogether, but in some way reaches a balance.
Thus, the balance depicted in the bubbles is far from static.

I realize the artwork of your life, with your places, passions and dreams, interpreted by Barabubbles.
My eco-social art is an interactive tool for the exercise of care and the artistic realization lies in the ability, that the Barabubbles have, to get out of the canvas. It’s an art that itches to spread.
This makes it accessible outside the conventional spaces of painting. My works can in fact live inside houses, in public spaces and in art galleries.
They can take the form of a canvas or decorated porcelain. They can be as large as a wall or as pocket-sized as a box. My art adapts to life, in a chameleon attempt to instill harmony and care.
